Your monthly retainer hours are dedicated to your project. They can be used for proactive maintenance, bug fixing, codebase audits, dependency updates, or building new features.

Do my unused AMC hours roll over to next month?

AMC retainers guarantee engineer availability and bandwidth for that month. Therefore, unused hours do not roll over, ensuring we can maintain highly responsive support for all active clients.

Do we get a dedicated contact person?

Yes, you get a direct communication channel via Slack with a named senior engineer who acts as your technical architect and main contact for all daily operations.

What happens if my AMC quota runs out mid-month?

We notify you when 80% of your monthly hours quota is reached. Any overflow hours can be added at a pre-agreed discounted hourly rate without interrupting your support services.
